Les Hameaux de l'Orient began as a dream born in the minds of Mai and Marcel Huynh.

In 2009, after a highly successful career in France, the couple decided to retire in Vietnam. But for them, doing nothing was never an option! They chose to purchase a 7-hectare, somewhat abandoned resort in the Cu Chi region and transform it into a Senior Residence.
Today, in their 80s, they are still actively involved in managing the estate. You can meet them on-site: Mai tends to the gardens and oversees the dining, while Marcel leads fitness classes and manages the facility's maintenance.
Looking ahead, the legacy will be carried on by Mai and Marcel’s three sons, supported by a loyal team of local staff.
